The Canterbury Software Summit is the largest technology event of the year in Christchurch. At the Summit, you can learn about the latest technologies, hear success stories and connect with other firms to explore business opportunities. Stratos Technology Partners will be at the Canterbury Software Summit on 1 October at the Air Force Museum in Christchurch, and we hope to see you there.
The Canterbury Software Cluster have lined up a fantastic group of business and technical experts for this year’s installation of their annual conference. Attendees can choose from 12 speakers across two main streams, as well as three master classes and a user group stream that takes a deep dive into technical topics.
Business speakers include Andy Lark from Xero and Scott Houston of GreenButton, plus CEOs from ARANZ Geo, Shuttlerock, Dynamic Controls and Lincoln Agritech.
In the technical stream, presenters will cover technical debt, big data and growing specialist skills in agile teams. Two of our own will be speaking in the user group stream:
- Steve Knutson will tell you everything you need to know about configuring Internet Information Server bindings with certificates and matching DNS records and firewall rules — all in 30 minutes.
- David Carter will take you on a tour through some of the many tools and frameworks to consider when building your next great web application.
Stop by our stand in the exhibitors area where we'll be showcasing some of our work and have experts available to answer questions about software development.
